IMBiB Brewery and SIZL. Burger hosted a special event for the #YelpEliteSquad on January 27, proving that brews and burgers are indeed the perfect combination and some of the best of both are located right here, in Sparks.
The 200+ attendees enjoyed favorites from the IMBiB and SIZL. menus, along with a side of good times and great conversation, courtesy of fellow Yelp Elites. Lindsey F. of Reno had this to say, “While I’m a long-time IMBiB fan, this was my first time at their Sparks taproom! I love their Pan is Alive and really can’t think of a bad beer I’ve had there! The taproom is a little more intimate but seems like a great place to meet up with people, take a break from shopping, or unwind after work.”
“The SIZL. experience was smooth, staff was helpful, and owner was awesome in finding my table,“ reported April S. of Reno. “The SIZL. smash burger is the burger to get if you’re not into the extra stuff. It is just double the meat and cheese! Just requested a side of pickles and dabbed on the complimentary tangy house sauce.”
Jennifer T. shared, “I got the Big Bird sandwich combo with sweet potato fries, while my boyfriend got the Classic combo with onion rings. Oh my god, I don’t know if it was the beer, but the sweet potato fries and sandwich were amazing. Crunchy fries and juicy sandwich, along with their house sauce/ranch – so delicious.”
IMBiB Brewery, a locally owned business located at the Outlets at Legends in Sparks, offers a lengthy list of awarding-winning brews from classic German lagers to barrel-aged sours and hard seltzers. IMBiB’s Micro Brewery and Taproom is quickly becoming a local favorite and its proximity to epic burgers does not hurt.
